The Lincoln High School Marching Band has a long tradition of outstanding accomplishments. The band participated in the 1992, 1998, 2005, and 2013 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California, and has also participated in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in 1994, 2000, and 2008. Along with these prestigious performances, the Lincoln Patriot Band has competed very favorably throughout the upper Mid-West, having won sweepstakes trophies and caption awards at numerous local and regional competitions. In 2015, the Lincoln Band was a Bands of America Super Regional finalist, placing 13th out of 63 bands in the St. Louis Super Regional.

The Los Angeles Police Emerald Society Pipes and Drums is an Irish Pipe Band. The Band consists of members who are active, former, or retired law enforcement officers from law enforcement agencies throughout the Southern California area. Individuals with no prior law enforcement background are also a vital part of the Band. The Band respectfully plays at services, memorials, and tributes for police officers, firefighters, and military personnel who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The Band has performed in Access Hollywood, CSI: New York, Two Broke Girls, with the Blue Man Group at the Hollywood Bowl, and in movies, “The Street Kings” and “End of Watch.” The Band is a non-profit organization. All Band members volunteer their time.
