Leslie Charleson


Leslie Charleson is best known for her role as  Dr. Monica Quartermaine on ABC’s long-running Daytime Drama, “General Hospital.”  This year marks Leslie’s 42nd year in the ever popular role. Leslie  was born in Kansas City, Missouri. Early in her career she starred on the CBS soap opera, Love Is a Many Splendored Thing  were she played the role of Iris Donnelly Garrison. She was also the “Pearl Drops Girl” and a “Cover Girl” for Maybelline Cosmetics.

Leslie has also guest starred on the many series of the ‘70s including Emergency!IronsideMarcus Welby, M.D.Happy DaysCannonThe Streets of San Francisco, The Rockford Files and many more!. She had supporting role in the 1973 science-fiction film, The Day of the Dolphin with George C. Scott, and co-starred opposite Shelley Winters in the made for television thriller Revenge (1971).

Leslie is an avid horsewoman and has ridden in the Hollywood Christmas Parade several times as well as  the Rose  Parade and Macy’s Day Parade in New York City.  She enjoys showing and competing with her two Spanish Andulusian horses, Romero and Trovador.
