Tara Rice, Pageant Director, Coach and founder of Miss West Coast Productions Inc. is honored to be a part of the Annual Hollywood Christmas Parade with her titleholders. The award winning Miss West Coast & California United States Pageant is a platform focused pageant system that requires each Titleholder to advocate for a cause during their reign. All our titleholders volunteer their time to help non profit organizations including Operation Blankets of Love & Food on Foot non profit organizations in Los Angeles. We make a positive impact in our communities and strive to influence others to be the change. We have 12 of our 2025 national and state titleholders joining us in the parade. We also have our sponsor, T. Y Steven Ip MD FACS, Plastic Surgery Face & Body with his wife Melissa Locke, Mrs California United States joining us. The titleholders are wearing beautiful Terani Couture Gowns.
