Parade Details Are Subject to Change
Dates, times, the parade route, street and freeway closures, grandstand locations, line-ups, grand marshals, performers, bands, floats, equestrian units, sponsors, and ticketing arrangements are all subject to change, postponement, or cancellation without notice.
Information published on the Site reflects our understanding at the time of posting and may be superseded. Before travelling or making arrangements, confirm the current details, and on the day follow official announcements and the directions of law enforcement and public safety personnel. Street and freeway closure information is provided as a courtesy and is not an official traffic advisory; official notices are issued by the relevant public agencies.
Archived Seasons
The Site contains material from past Parades — press releases, line-ups, program books, grand marshal announcements, sponsor listings, and photographs. That material is retained for reference and reflects the position at the time it was published. It is not current information about any future Parade, and it should not be read as such.
Broadcast and Air Dates
Television, streaming, and rebroadcast dates, times, channels, and platforms are set by the broadcasters and distributors concerned, not by us, and are subject to change. Availability may vary by region and by provider, and programming may be pre-empted, edited, delayed, or withdrawn. Please confirm listings with your local broadcaster or platform.
Attendance and Safety
The Parade is a free public event held on public streets. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of admission, viewing position, seating, accessibility provision, or any particular experience. Attendance is at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for anyone in your care, and you must comply with the instructions of event staff and public safety authorities.
Third-Party Names, Trademarks, and Participants
Names, likenesses, trademarks, logos, and other identifying marks of celebrities, performers, bands, broadcasters, brands, and organisations appear on the Site in the course of announcing, reporting, and documenting the Parade. They remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance does not indicate any endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or partnership beyond what is expressly stated, and does not imply that the person or organisation has approved, reviewed, or contributed to the content in which they appear. Announced participants may withdraw or be replaced without notice.
Sponsors, Advertising, and Commercial Content
The Site displays the names, logos, and links of Parade sponsors, partners, and advertisers. Their inclusion recognises their support of the Parade; it is not an endorsement or recommendation by us of their products, services, or conduct. We are not responsible for the offerings, claims, content, or practices of any sponsor, advertiser, or vendor, and any dealings you have with them are solely between you and them.
Ticketing and Purchases
Where tickets, grandstand seating, or merchandise are offered, they are sold by third-party providers under their own terms. We do not process those transactions and are not responsible for pricing, availability, fulfilment, refunds, or exchanges. Beware of unofficial resellers; we cannot verify tickets obtained other than through officially announced channels.
Charitable Causes
The Parade has historically supported charitable causes, including Marine Toys for Tots. References to a charitable partner on the Site are informational and do not imply that we solicit, collect, hold, or administer donations. Donations are made to the organisation concerned directly, under its own terms, and questions about them should be directed to that organisation.
External Links and Embedded Content
The Site links to, and embeds content from, websites and services we do not own or control, including video platforms, social media networks, ticketing providers, and the sites of sponsors and partners. We do not investigate, monitor, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of anything on those services, and a link or embed is not an endorsement.
