The Hollywood Christmas Parade (the “Parade”) is presented by Associated Television International (“ATI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in association with The City of Los Angeles. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit thehollywoodchristmasparade.org (the “Site”), contact us, or apply to take part in the Parade.

Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to give us, including when you:
- submit our contact form (typically your name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your message);
- enquire about entering the Parade as a band, float, performer, equestrian unit, novelty entry, or sponsor;
- contact us as a member of the press or media;
- ask about tickets, grandstand seating, or attendance; or
- write to us by email or telephone using the details published on the Site.
Please send us only the information needed to answer your enquiry. Do not send us sensitive personal information, payment card details, or government identification numbers through the Site.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure and analytics tools may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits. Some of this information is recorded in server logs as a normal part of operating and securing a website.

Ticketing, Sponsors, and Third-Party Sites
The Site links to, and embeds content from, services we do not operate — including ticketing providers such as Ticketmaster, video platforms, social media networks, and the websites of our sponsors and partners. When you follow such a link or interact with embedded content, the operator of that service collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy, not this one. Please review those policies before providing information.
In particular, any purchase of tickets or grandstand seating is made with the ticketing provider directly. We do not collect or process your payment card details through this Site.
Attending the Parade
The Hollywood Christmas Parade is a public event held on public streets, and it is photographed, filmed, and televised. If you attend, you may be recorded, and your image or likeness may appear in photographs, broadcasts, streams, promotional materials, and social media content relating to the Parade. Attendance constitutes your consent to that use without further notice, compensation, or credit. This Privacy Policy applies to the Site; it does not restrict the recording of a public event.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — including responding to your enquiry, administering an application across a Parade season, and keeping records of participants and sponsors — and then for as long as necessary to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. The Parade is a family event, and children are very welcome to attend. The Site, however, is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
International Visitors
The Site is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
