BJ first entered the entertainment industry as a Model featured in the Top Men’s Magazines including Esquire and GQ.  He was one of the original featured Runway Models for GQ Live touring around the Country.

A Pre-Med Student, he was recruited to the Disney World College Program, during the summer.  This is when BJ’s life changed its course.  He became the First Co-Host of Disney’s D-TV, then one of 10 Students selected to represent the United States for Epcot Center.  He was a part of the production of The Opening of Epcot Center which featured the Legendary Danny Kaye, Marie Osmond and a young Drew Barrymore.  This led BJ to be featured in multiple Television Commercials.  This was the launch for BJ to move to Los Angeles to begin a career in Television and Film working on shows like Who’s The Boss, A Different World, Growing Pains, Falcon Crest, Knots Landing, just to name a few.  BJ has always been told he looks like a “Young Bill Nye” with a voice of the late, Jay Thomas.

BJ was featured in multiple film roles from Internal Affairs, Girls Want To Have Fun and She’s Out of Control, where he had the extreme good fortune to be Matthew Perry’s stand-in.

BJ is curious and always asking questions and doing projects like he was a host on The TODAY Show, as a young kid. He was driven to get back into the Television Host arena, after taking a hiatus to Care Give for his father and help his mother, commuting back and forth to Los Angeles.  It was the Legendary Betty White that encouraged BJ to get back in the business, at a play they saw each other at, and she offered to be the first interview for him to do so on the spot.  This was the rebirth of BJ getting back into the entertainment industry.

BJ has been Hosting for The Hollywood Moment with a focus on Hollywood.  BJ is constantly told Johnny Grant would be so proud of his enthusiasm for Hollywood and the entertainment community.

BJ has alway been a philanthropist from a young age, Hosting Local Television Station Broadcast and Backyard Carnivals for The Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Telethon. This became a natural for BJ to Host Shout Out For A Cause to bring a spotlight on charitable organizations.  BJ has been Host for The Salvation Army Hollywood Red Kettle Kick Off at The Original Farmers Market for years.  He has covered the Red Carpet for The Hollywood Christmas Parade for over 10 years and this is the second time he has been in The Hollywood Christmas Parade with The Salvation Army Hollywood Division.

Currently BJ is a part of a couple new pilots and travel show.
