California Springs School of Rhythmic Gymnastics

California Springs School of Rhythmic Gymnastics was founded in 1993 by Hasmik Gulanyan, head coach of Armenia’s National Team. In the last 30 years, California Springs has raised and trained thousands of exceptional athletes and many Junior Olympians who have competed at the Olympic Training Centers in Lake Placid and Colorado Springs. Rhythmic gymnastics is a very beautiful sport that is a mix of contortion, dancing and artistic gymnastics, and uses apparatus as ball, ribbon, clubs, ball and rope. Each year CAS athletes compete in number of local, regional, and national championships with superb accomplishments placing within in the top 10 in each level. But above all, California Springs main focus is to instill a healthy lifestyle within the gymnasts which will have long term benefits throughout their lives.
