Each year, young leaders from across the country are selected as Toys for Tots Youth Ambassadors to help bring hope and joy to children and families during the holiday season. By raising awareness among their peers and encouraging others to get involved, they strengthen local campaigns and inspire the next generation to give back.
This year, Brooke Healy of Stamford, Connecticut, and Charlie Benton of McHenry County, Illinois, have been named the Marine Toys for Tots Program’s Co-Youth Ambassadors of the Year. Selected from more than 40 Youth Ambassadors nationwide, Brooke and Charlie are being recognized for their outstanding service, leadership, and lasting impact in their communities.
Their efforts embody the program’s spirit of “children helping children”—young people going above and beyond to support those less fortunate while bringing their communities together in support of Toys for Tots.
To celebrate this achievement, Brooke and Charlie will travel to California, where they will participate in and be honored at the 94th Hollywood Christmas Parade, representing the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation and its Youth Ambassador Program.
This special honor celebrates their dedication, compassion, and commitment to making the holidays brighter for other children.
