Victory Outreach International began in 1967 with founders Sonny and Julie Arguinzoni. It has grown from one church in East Los Angeles into a global ministry with over 500 ministries in 35 countries.
Since 1967, they’ve equipped men and women to reach their full potential in life by planting churches, preparing specialists for the mission field, and helping families in need.
Victory Outreach International has established a Bible College, Urban Training Centers, and Third Wave Leadership Campuses, all of which are equipping a new generation to take the ministry to new frontiers.
Today, they’ve established a vibrant church at the Vogue Theater on Hollywood Blvd, on the iconic Walk of Fame. Victory Outreach Church brings a message of hope to the heart of Hollywood.
